And in light of the new way Spammers are using cookies
(http://news.com.com/2100-1023-875992.html) we are looking at an amendment
to the law based on privacy concerns. We are drafting a letter to the state
AG and WUTC very soon to address these new concerns.

Attach a cookie to an HTML email, go to jail (I still prefer the death
penalty for Spam...).
