Hi all: We're using an outsourced mail provider that is using imail to give us web-based email. The problem that we're having is that after you are logged into the mailbox (IE 5.5 & 6 over ISDN/dial-up) and try to reply or send new mail, often you will be sent back to the login screen. The email you were typing is gone and not sent. We have about 5 users on at any time all using a 3COM ISDN LAN modem. Some users are also using earthlink dial-up. Seems to happen on both and our provider isn't of much help. Any ideas?
