I think the problem is that the time spent on writing a message is longer than the time set to keep your session alive. Basically, your web messaging session is timing out and you're getting kicked back to the login screen to login again (to renew your session).

The email you were typing is gone and not sent. We have about 5 users on at any time all using a 3COM ISDN LAN modem. Some users are also using earthlink dial-up.
