Or tell your users to try saving a draft copy of their email about every 5 minutes. That will keep your session alive.

The problem that we're having is that after you are logged into the mailbox (IE 5.5 & 6 over ISDN/dial-up) and try to reply or send new mail, often you will be sent back to the login screen. The email you were typing is gone and not sent. We have about 5 users on at any time all using a 3COM ISDN LAN modem. Some users are also using earthlink dial-up.
