This has happened to us on a wide scale basis too.  Also, even though I do
have a valid support contract, IPSwitch has neglected to help us with this
(surprise!).  They have indicated to me that it is an issue with the mail
client that I am using, but for some odd reason, it happens using ANY mail
client.

Sorry I couldn't be of any help, but at least you know you have company in
that boat your in.
