Guy, I would have to say that analogy is a bit flawed. I WOULD blame the post office if they were copying my mail, and delivering it twice. Anyway, back to the point...

I have seen users with 1 gig .pst files that used other mail systems, and when moving to Imail, they begin to get dupes. Tell me how that's not an Imail issue?
