That is correct. So basically you have an IP address in the same class C as an IP listed in SPEWS (XBL essentially lists everyone, so that's not a concern). I would recommend checking out why it is listed ( http://spews.org/html/S1439.html ), and if you feel they are rightfully listed, contact your ISP and ask that they take care of the problem. You've got that backwards: It's more like 99% spam, 1% legitimate mail (probably more like 90%/10%, actually). So it can definitely help stop spam.
