We interacted with the operator of XBL and it was astounding. He
blocks not only whole providers but AOL, Yahoo, etc. When asked
why, the response was well, these are not Dutch (.NL) domains. So
I concur with Scott XBL basically lists everyone who is not
Dutch, or so it appears to us. It seems some of these black lists
are very badly managed; if Joe don't like ya for what ever
reason, Joe blocks ya for what ever reason.. If Joe don't like
your neighbor, Joe blocks your whole neighborhood.
