Get ticked off at yourself for not looking in the log files to see what's really going on vs what the users claim. could be the same, could be different. find out by looking. by the way, another HUGE advantage of IMGate is the superior mail logging, and, when necessary, incredible debug log tracing, when trying to track down these kinds of "problems" and user claims. ie, when a message gets deferred, the reason is logged, not just "message queued".
