Well, have you tried to figure out why this is happening, or are you ticked
that you can't figure it out?

This is a VERY common problem with any mailserver. If you send/receive
1,000's of E-mails/day, you're bound to occasionally come across broken
DNS, broken mailservers, etc. As a mailserver admin, you need to learn how
to track these problems.

DUPLICATE MESSAGES:

There is one valid reason for this to happen: If a connection is broken
between the time the sending server sends the "I'm done sending this
E-mail" message and the time that the sending server gets the "OK, I've got
it" response.

You can just check your log files to see whether your server received the
E-mail twice, and why.

Is it happening to just some messages, or all? If all, it's probably a
forwarding issue.

LOST INCOMING MESSAGES:

Um, have you checked your logs to see if IMail received them?

You can't expect Ipswitch to fix a problem that doesn't exist. If you
haven't checked the log files, it's impossible to say whether the problem
is with IMail, your DNS settings, the remote mailsever, etc.
