Delete unnecessary text when quoting. No security certificates. No HTML email. If you change topics in the middle of a thread (ask a related but different question), change the subject! The first 3 items are for those of us that like to download email to our handhelds as well as keep the file smaller for those that use the digest mode (HTML email is on average 3 times the size of a text only version!).
