I can probably see the side of management on this. How much time is really
productive for our employees replying to list email. We have no way to track
support issues on a list. And so on...

I have been on this list for about 5 years now and there use to be a lot
more interaction from a couple Ipswitch staff, one was in support and the
other was in programming or something related. We had some incredible
discussions back then on how things worked (probably more info that was
needed to solve a particular problem...), but it was educational none the
less.

But this list was one of the two main reasons we chose Imail 6 years ago! I
have never posted bashing Imail, but I have and will (at least for now)
continue to bash Ipswitch for what I consider bad management decisions. I
like Imail and I want it to stick around for a long time. But they refuse to
improve remote management and mailall.exe is still the same lame command
line program since version 3! And if we raised our dialup rates the same
percentage that Ipswitch raised the support contracts this year, we would
not have any customers left!

But this is not the reason for this email...
