IMail has "Unknown user" in the bounce message if any type of error occurs 
when sending the RCPT TO: SMTP command.  You have to check the log file to 
see if user really was unknown, or if you are blacklisted, or if there is 
some other type of problem.

I'm guessing the mailserver blacklisted you for some reason, which would 
account for one server not being able to send the mail while the other 
can.  Looking at the IMail SMTP log file will let you know what happened.
