I guess the question for George is whether IMail message delivery is working
via SMTP with standard e-mail clients like Outlook, OE, Eudora, etc. If
not, then it could very well be a conflict issue with MS SMTP. I it works
fine with typical e-mail clients but not with IMail's web messaging, then it
is more likely as IIS web server conflict issue. Guess we will just have to
wait to hear back from George...

Yes, I understood your point but your suggestion made me think of
    something else.

I think he is getting to the web messaging so I don't think it is
IIS per se conflicting with IMAIL.

But I thought when you suggested IIS that it would be good to
check MS SMTP service which might have gotten itself started or
restarted on port 25. In that case then IMAIL1.exe would be
firing and a message would be placed in the IMAIL queue but would
never deliver because MS SMTP would have binded port 25 first.

So really just throwing out ideas and your suggestion made me
    think of that possibility.

But I still don't understand yet if the message is getting into
    the ImAIL Queue or not.

Terry
