Certainly a puzzle. Try these things then:
1) check to see if "Web Files Directory" path points to the
correct location of your web templates
GWH> They all look good
2) have you changed web templates recently? Might want to
reinstall the web templates and make sure they are correct
for you version.
GWH> nope the same for about 2.5 years
3) is this happening for all your web users or just some?
a) if just some is save messages in sent folder checked on
those?
GWH> yes 32 domains
I remember some sort of forwarding issue when saving
drafts and saving sent messages.
I don't think a reinstall probably hurts but boy I'm about out of ideas
so I'd try that last.
GWH> Wow the only thing that has changed is the password for the
administrator and we installed service pack 3 for the OS Windows 2000
Advanced Sever.
Has anyone tried this FTP the imail app CD ( the full contents) to the
server then install it by way of Terminal Server? Also should I
uninstall before doing the reinstall? By the way we are on imail 6.06.
We also have 7.02 and I have never upgraded to it.
If anyone has any other ideas before I reinstall please speak up now.
