That's what we're here for, ineffective as it may be in your particular
case.

It may. But be sure to have the set of templates that match the version of
IMail Server that you are using. There have been a few changes to those and
I can attest that making sure that you have the most recent templates *for
your version* is key to Web Messaging functioning as it should. The lack of
"Message.ini" in your IMail folder is another indication that something went
wrong with your setup.

It comes with the territory ;) More seriously, Web Messaging is fine when
done from "ground-zero". Afterwards, you want to keep up with updated
template releases as they come forth from Ipswitch. Since you are at 7.07,
this is somewhat difficult if you do not have a Service Agreement with
Ipswitch (7.0x  => 7.1x). Yet, and not withstanding the above, you should be
able to get Web Messaging working, regardless of the version which you are
using. There seems to be something deeper which hampers WM for you. Did you
contact Ipswitch support about your predicament?
