[IMail Forum] Duplicate emails, found the article in KB but no solution!!

For a specific email account, If we try to retrieve the emails from the Imail server via "Outlook 2000 SR1 9.0.0.5414" , then mails come in pairs, (duplicate I mean ), if we use "Outlook Express" instead, then we receive only 1 message which it suppose to be..     I FOUND the related topic ( http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990108-JK01.htm ) in the KB, however, it's only talking about the problem, not the solution.. Can anybody help me out here... ( The second choice is probably our problem...) Thanks,
