On a couple of occasions I've had problems with duplicate emails in Outlook.
Both times it turned out to be how I setup "rules" for processing incoming
messages. I'm not sure if that would apply here.

Will most likely find same for Outlook 2002. I did. Awhile back also
plagued with similar duplicate problem. Terry's advice corrected it for
me. Outlook at home and office set at different time intervals (i.e.
Check mail at Home every 15 minutes, Office every 10 minutes). Since the
time I changed, no more duplicates!! HTH

Terry,
Thanks for the advice, . I knew something was broken in Outlook's
caching
service..(If you checked the link I gave below, the second one, talking
about broken UIDL ) I know I can't do anything from the Imail server
standpoint since this is a war against 2 mail clients of the same
company..
I'm going to move on and test Outlook 2002 for this reason.
Thanks anyway,
Serhan.
