Will most likely find same for Outlook 2002. I did. Awhile back also plagued with similar duplicate problem. Terry's advice corrected it for me. Outlook at home and office set at different time intervals (i.e. Check mail at Home every 15 minutes, Office every 10 minutes). Since the time I changed, no more duplicates!! HTH
