Like I said in the original posting,
When I installed IMail it took my Static IP right way.
So yes, that means that it is in the Registry,
And yes, I know how to deal with the registry,
Never really had to look at there site, for information on that one.

But I ended up having to use Charter's IP Address, And the
dag on thing works now,
It must be an issue with the Cable Modem and having to go thru
there Gateway too??

  Who knows.
