I just started reading the post after I just got done telling one of my clients that the domain they are sending mail to, charter.net is having problems and to contact them and let them know. What a small world.
Any way, dnsstuff.com is showing that you have 2 MX records for two different FQDN names, yet they point to the same IP address in their A records. Bad.
