Mark,

At the risk of sounding flippant, one of the best reasons for switching to
Ipswitch's IMail Server is this very [vendor-provided] discussion list. Not
only will you find *deep* expertise from the gurus (they know who they are
so I won't mention names) but Ipswitch staff also monitors this list, often
offering very helpful advice though it is provided on an informal basis --
the preferred channel being e-mailing or phoning Ipswitch Support.

There is also an extensive Knowledge Base and archives of discussions, not
to mention an excellent manual. Last I checked, IMail Server was the top
*commercial* product used by ISPs and others. (I am thus excluding
open-source/free Unix-based "sendmail" and what it entails in MS-centric
sites.)

The above is not meant to badmouth MailMax but rather to compare it with
IMail Server which has rich support from users (mail admins) more than
willing to share tips and help other IMail admins in numerous ways.

Hi Flemming,

Our company is actually in the process of evaluating other mail products
and MailMax has come up as one of them. Are there any particular reasons as
to why you switched to Imail from MailMax?
