If your server is.. richmond.com then you've got some DNS issues that need
resolved fast.
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=richmond.com reports some
abnormalities and so does
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=corp.richmond.com Have
you or your ISP made any DNS or MX changes lately?  If so you might need to
give the system time to update all the DNS servers.. My best guess is that
fisia.com might have filtering installed to not accept email from servers
that are amiss or possibly that your email client actually has richmond.com
as a user name in their client email software..
