So,  My eyes and best guess lead me to believe that your network strategy
needs a little more polish.  If you own 208.253.112.155 then you need to
call your isp and have them set up the records. No matter how you send your
mail out or try to recieve it in you'll never recieve mail if the
208.253.112.155 is 'out of service'.  BTW is this all on one server?
