If you've given them physical access to a mail server, you've just
given them access to everything on it. Reboot, image it to a portable
HD, and they're off. ("Sorry, Serhan, the server went down last night
and I had some trouble swapping the NIC.")
I can't imagine why you wouldn't restrict untrusted users to IWEBMSG
administration.

I do agree that it's very frustrating situation, forcing you to do JIT
workarounds with no known silver lining and the possibility that the
specs will change again without warning or documentation.
