Ipswitch came with a solution, However older versions (7.07 and below...
doesn't have a fix). I am glad Ipswitched reacted in a positive way from a
customer point of view. I am sad for those runing 6.06 to 7.06 versions.. I
hope
Ipswitch can support them too..

Dear IMail Server Customer:

Ipswitch has identified a window placement issue with the
IMail Administrator for users who are running Windows 2000
or Windows XP and have applied Microsoft security update
Q328310.  To address this problem we have released two
Hotfixes:  7.13 Hotfix 2 for all customers running IMail
Server 7.13 and 7.07 Hotfix 3 for all customers still
running IMail Server 7.07.  Please verify your version
and use one of the following links to download the
appropriate hotfix.

IMail Server 7.13 250, 1000 or Unlimited Users:
FTP://ftp.ipswitch.com/Ipswitch/Product_Support/IMail/IM713HF2.exe

IMail Server 7.13 25 Users:
FTP://ftp.ipswitch.com/Ipswitch/Product_Support/IMail/LIM713HF2.exe

IMail Server 7.07 all versions:

7.13 Hotfix 2 Details:
- Updates Iadmin.exe to correct a window placement issue
resulting from applying Microsoft security update Q328310
to Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems.
- Includes updates from 7.13 Hotfix 1.

7.07 Hotfix 3 Details:
- Updates Iadmin.exe to correct a window placement issue
resulting from applying Microsoft security update Q328310
to Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems.
- Includes updates from 7.07 Hotfix 1 and 2.

There are no updates to the Web Messaging templates for
this hotfix.
