This would be done by simply unchecking the "disable SMTP vrfy command" and
restarting  SMTP?
The "disable SMTP vrfy command" option *must* be UNchecked, no matter what anti-relay options you have (that's one of those options that really should go in the "Advanced" section, as it should almost never be used).

So all you have to do is use "Relay for Addresses", and enter the IP(s) that your users may be coming from, and you'll be all set. No other options need to be changed, unless you changed them from the default settings.
