Our network provider recently changed IPs, and we were forced to change
the 3 IPs on our Imail Server (7.06, HF 2, Win2K Server).

For some reason, our Imail server is creating its own hostname registry
record and using the original IP that was on the box when Imail was
installed (an IP that is no longer in use, and is not bound to any NIC).

When I look at the Imail registry I can see that there is an IP record
for the old IP (that looks just like other IP records in the registry)
and the server hostname registry record is using that IP.

The IP that the server hostname is binding itself to is no longer bound
to any network cards installed on this server.

I cannot delete the hostname registry record or the IP registry record
(I can delete them from the registry, but when I close the registry and
re-open it, the records are restored).

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Denise Pera
