Hi, Roger, Thanks very much for the feedback. Yes, I think it's safe to say we have some upset users as well.
I was doing some digging around the Ipswitch web site and I found the following patch for 6.06, http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010314-DM02.htm. It seems to describe exactly the problem that we are having so I installed it. That was about 15 minutes ago. I'm waiting to see if the previous issue occurs again. I'll keep this list in the loop.
