You need to remember that the IMail Forum is mainly a forum for support issues that people have -- it's kind of like having the ability to listen in to tech support calls. No matter what the company, no matter how good the software, you're going to hear about problems. Given how complex E-mail transport is, and the tens of thousands of copies of IMail that are out there, people will have issues.I just joined this IMail forum because I am considering purchasing IMail and all this talk is scaring me! Maybe I should consider other products?
The two most important things to focus on are:
[1] How do people respond on this forum (remember that the people who respond here don't get paid to respond)?
[2] Is the problem either fixed in the latest release, or is the vendor currently working on a fix?
