SPAMCHK is a third-party addon (external test) for Declude JunkMail; more information is available at http://www.riedmann.it/spamchk/ . It works by having various thresholds -- we have ours set to the lowest one, which will catch a very high percentage of spam (but also catches quite a bit of legitimate E-mail). By using a higher threshold, you can get fewer false positives (but will catch somewhat less spam).
The NOLEGITCONTENT test is designed to help ensure the delivery of legitimate E-mail. It works by checking an E-mail for some identifiers that would signify that it is legitimate, and the test will fail if none of these signs are present. I can't say exactly what it looks for, but as an example, an E-mail with a .mp3 attachment is almost certainly going to be a legitimate E-mail. With this test (which about half of all legitimate E-mail will not fail), you can decrease the total "spam weight" of an E-mail. This way, legitimate E-mail sent from poorly designed mailservers (such as ones that are open relays, and therefore in many spam databases) will have a better chance of getting through.
