I have a customer, she is sending email from her yahoo account to her email
address here. It is being caught as spam, as per included log entries.

It's very common for mail from Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. to get caught as spam. In this case, Yahoo doesn't have working postmaster@ or abuse@ accounts, and was also listed in a spam database.

One option in this case (if you are using Declude JunkMail Pro) is to give E-mail from Yahoo a negative weight to counteract the postmaster/abuse problems. For more details, you can use the Declude JunkMail mailing list (you can join by sending an E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "subscribe declude.junkmail your name" in the body).
