        My recent experience with XO Communications is right
        in line with the above. It took three levels of
        customer support before someone understood my
        request for reverse DNS delegation to my name servers.

        Then I found I had errored in my reverse DNS
        configuration. I had incorrectly created the
        reverse lookup zone. I had not accounted for the
        CIDR block notation.
