Since yesterday, all mail from users on our 204.248.26.x IP range is getting labeled as SPAM in the subject line of the message.
The OS* tests all officially died yesterday. You need to stop using them (for Declude JunkMail, you can remove all the lines in your config files that begin with "OS").
