Scott, 

I took all OS* out of default files and out of the global file.  

I must be missing something.  Still happening.  

Incidentally, in Declude, to the best of my knowledge, though obviously
I'm missing something, I didn't have SUBJECT on any of my OS* actions.

The OS* tests all officially died yesterday.  You need to stop using
them 
(for Declude JunkMail, you can remove all the lines in your config files

that begin with "OS").
