After downloading and using BounceFinder I got this message:
FROM: SENDER TO: RECIPIENT ERROR: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for RECIPIENT
That's a problem on their end. :)
While it technically could be spam control software, with a message like that, the issue reverts back to them.
One other possibility, though, is that the infamous IMail "Using the A record instead of the MX record" bug is occurring here. You might want to post the SMTP or SMTP- log file entries for this E-mail.
