The error is coming from the remote and that is a MS Exchange
machine[MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:ATLANTA:AASMGBCFAX] and a different host than
the earlier one [MSEXCH:IMS:ENV:DASERVER:DASERVER] you sent. This time, the
message 'could not be delivered after some time' [The maximum time for
delivering the message expired]. Either the email went to the 'wrong' mail
server (need domain name and an email address, to check their DNS and email
server) or it went to the 'right' server, which is not configured or not
working correctly, to deliver to the final destination.
I'm guessing, but looks to me, like someone changed something on your
friends email server or DNS and messed up.
