I thought someone else gave you some things to look for?
I see your response to Dave about the domain, but not any answer to my
question about an email address. Sure, I can try some common names, but if
you are having problems with some specific user, would help to have that
users email address.
Looking back at your first email with this subject, I'd again say the
problem was at the remote end, the Exchange server, not recognizing the
username. Why? I cannot tell. Again, it could be going the wrong host, or
that host is not configured properly.
