[IMail Forum] Unknown User Error

One of my users is trying to send an email (through Imail) to a valid 
email address, but it is getting returned with the error Unknown User.

I went to DSNStuff.com and checked that the email address is valid.  The 
email address is valid, but the domain failed a few tests, but since I'm 
a newb I'm not really sure if these could be the problem or not.
