WebEx GoToMyPC Remote Assitance will only work if you can allow the inbound RDP traffic on the remote firewall.
WebEx and GoToMyPC work by the client software making outbound connections via port 80 (I think) to a central server, which you then connect to and is used as a proxy of sorts.
