You may also have a corrupted mailbox. To fix you would need to: 1. set this account up in an IMAP client 2. Add new folder in Client 3. Drag messages from damaged folder to new one 4. close IMAP client. 5. Go to IMAIL directory. 6. Delete <oldmailbox>.uid, <oldmailbox>.srt, <oldmailbox.mbx> 7. rename <newmailbox>.mbx to <oldmailbox>.mbx 8. delete any <newmailbox>.uid, or <newmailbox>.srt
