I think this would be the easiest. Also disable the access to web mail for
all accounts in the domain. By doing this they will continue to receive mail
but will not be able to retreive it.

This is an excerpt from the IMail administrator help file.
Account Access Disabled. Select this option to prohibit the user from
accessing the account remotely through POP3 or IMAP4. This option allows you
disable the account without changing the user's password or removing them
from the system.

This is how you can do it for all accounts for the domain.

1. Click on the "Users" folder in the domain you want to disable then click
2. On the right hand side of the windows choose "Global User Changes"
3. Select No to Allow pop3 access to mail box. ( this actually is "Account
Access Disabled" )
4. Select No to Allow web access.
5. Click "Change ALL accounts" button on the bottom of the form.

This will disable all account access but still receive mail for the
accounts.

Tested on 8.04
