Basically what you do is define three tests that do the same thing (only one adds weight) and perform different actions based on the duplicate failures.
I have a weightrange test of 13 to 29 that performs the ATTACH action, followed in several accounts (those who opt for the service) by a second 13-29 weightrange test that executes "MAILBOX Spam".
