In the same respect - What would cause known good mail to be filtered into
the JunkMail box randomly?

We had a problem with both Osirusoft and ORDB when they were active. A good
portion of valid email was being filtered into the JunkMail, but as soon as
they were disabled, we noticed a major difference in the filtering. What
Blacklists are recommended?

We recommend using more than just two -- our default settings include about
a dozen. Declude JunkMail runs the spam tests in parallel, so running many
tests doesn't take any long than just running the slowest one of them.

I can't think of a good reason to run the same tests with both IMail v8's
anti-spam and Declude JunkMail. If you have Declude JunkMail, you would
most likely want to run the in one or the other, but not both. Using them
in Declude JunkMail has the advantage of being able to use them towards the
weighting system.
