In the same respect - What would cause known good mail to be filtered into the JunkMail box randomly?

A good portion of valid email was being filtered into the JunkMail, but as soon as they were disabled, we noticed a major difference in the filtering. I can't think of a good reason to run the same tests with both IMail v8's anti-spam and Declude JunkMail. If you have Declude JunkMail, you would most likely want to run the in one or the other, but not both.
