We alter the subject line at WEIGHT12, hold at WEIGHT13, and delete at WEIGHT15
VERY VERY few false positives in our environment. I must admit, however, once you start tweaking and monitoring your email server, it almost consumes you. I can see now why larger organizations have a person dedicated solely to the administration of the mail server(s). IMail/Declude does the work of an army for us.
