We periodically receive this Delivery failed error in sending text messages to valid email addresses.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
Requested action aborted: virus detection communication failure
We see it occasionally, when people are on our mailing lists, and their IMail AntiVirus chokes and starts bouncing the E-mail. Sometimes it just happens once; sometimes it continues to happen for hours.
Is there a fix?
I haven't heard of any, except for switching AV software. :)
Alternatively, you might want to try upgrading to the latest version, to see if that helps.
