I will add, I used IMail for about 6 months, then migrated from it as fast as I could.

But I will counter that when I used support, it was there and very good.
My issue was determined to be a bug that was being addressed and I was certainly satisfied with the calls and the escalation procedure I went through.
Ipswitch has been very responsive to both email and phone calls in my limited experience.
I'm disappointed that the support has not been there for others.

I certainly agree about this forum though. This list has been an excellent compliment to the Ipswitch knowledge base and support.
Thank you to the folks that spend hours a month answering, in some cases, the same recycled questions over and over again.
I hope Ipswitch in some small way recognizes your efforts in the name of 'community'.  Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately, that's not surprising.

I've been using IMail for over 8 years now, but I refuse to get a support contract because there is none.  The support is provided by the users of this list.

Thanks, Andy

Subject: [IMail Forum] IPSwitch No Response to Resellers

Does anyone that's a reseller of IPSwitch products have problems getting them to respond to inquiries?  A company I work with applied to be a reseller over a month ago and have heard nothing from IPSwitch.  There have been repeated emails and phone messages to IPSwitch, none of which have been answered.
