This is a common misconception among lots of computer folks. They toot their own horn because they can use UNIX or Linux and they think that since Windows 2003 server is easier to use, that it is inferior. I attended a MS event yesterday and they addressed many valid security things. Just because something has a poor interface does not mean it is superior or bulletproof. First, the newer software Microsoft has released has had 4 security updates vs. 18 during the same time period of the previous software Windows 2000. It's becoming apparent that all software has vulnerabilities because it is made by humans for humans. I believe Microsoft has the resources to respond the fastest once they get the rest of the plan executed next year for security update rollouts. Next year brings many changes including one Update page for ALL Microsoft Products. It will scan for office updates, os, etc etc. One other thing, you don't necessarily needs skills, we can pay someone like you to do our dirty work. Mike B.
