I don't know how this is possible for iMail 6.x, store/forward, they could both run on the same server but you can only have one MTA on port 25. One might be able to have iMail forward the mail to Exchange.. but I don't think ver 6.x can do this? Personally I would update IMail to ver 8.x .. update all the antivirus features etc. Exchange is 'ok' and E2003 is even better; but for just 100 users IMHO it's hardly worth the enormouse amount of labor hours, sercuity patches, Licensing, etc.
