If the issue is serious, any chance of just getting another IP block?
I wouldn't recommend that.
To get another IP just as an attempt to be able to send mail to 1 ISP just isn't worthwhile.
If the IP was listed in many spam databases, the first step would be to determine why and get removed. Changing IPs is a last resort.
But in a case where an IP isn't listed in any spam databases, switching IPs is not a wise move. The problem here is that Earthlink seems to have a problem (thinking the poster's mailserver is an open relay). Switching to another IP probably would not fix that problem.
